The standard walking tour is a walk of just over one kilometre that is suitable for everyone. Our guides will get even the youngest children involved.
Small/medium sized dogs are allowed except in museums where they are not allowed.
The tours except the e-bike tour take place in all weather conditions, the e-bike tour can therefore be postponed or refunded with a good purchase.
The vehicles are licensed to carry 4 people. If there are more than 4, several vehicles will be used to do the tour together. Small children count as passengers.
Tour cancellation is possible with 100% refund within one week of departure. Cancellations after this deadline and up to 24 hours before will be refunded with a voucher valid for 6 months. Beyond the 24 hours prior to departure there is no refund. If the tour is cancelled by the agency you are entitled to a 100% refund.

There are stops at which the guide will let you off the vehicle if you wish, so that you can take a photo and admire the beauty of the city. At other points on the tour, stopping and disembarking is prohibited to avoid obstructing traffic and for safety reasons.
The new regulations of the Municipality of Florence make it difficult for us to provide pick-up in some parts of the city. It is advisable to reach the meeting point independently.
